We conduct all assessments face-to-face with you and/or your representative/advocate. Any access or entry requirements are discussed with you.
We will record your goals and aspirations. It will focus on you as an individual, be flexible and subject to change depending on progress and other factors.
If it is identified that you have communication needs, the Director or delegate will make the necessary arrangements to ensure these needs are considered.
